A Sad and epic story about a gangster and how God prevailed in his life

Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all a sad story that I just saw and how I believe that God is still with these people.

Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence. 

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to follow him. Ask God that no matter what happens, we are to give glory to him. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

A sad story and how God is still here

So what happens is that I just saw a really sad story about an old school gangster. 

And I know what you’re thinking, “German, how could you be talking about a gangster from a pitiful perspective.”

Well because his life was something to consider. 

And he was talking to this journalist and I could practically hear the sadness in his voice from years of suffering. 

And I sensed a calmness and also a strength in his voice. 

And even though the things that he did were not Godly, and I don’t know about his life right now. 

He had this voice that was just strength but in power, and power coming from God. 

And not once while I was hearing him talk, did he curse. 

And so I heard his story. 

Of how he started getting high when he was 9 years old, of how he started to drink at the same time too. 

Of how his dad asked him if he could do drug runs for him. 

Of how at 21 he was already doing heroin and was already a career criminal. 

And I heard the mess that his life was and honestly, I couldn’t listen to much of it because I had pity on him. 

I was very pitiful towards him because his life was very tragic. 

His parents had cancer, he grew up with 8 brothers and sisters. And it was just so tragic. 

And all of this, I couldn’t help but to think, this old man is this age because the Lord has blessed his life. For he was 64 years old. 

And I know that he very well could be involved in sin right now, but the Lord is with that man. 

And I ask and I pray that each of you, pray for that gangster in your life. Pray for those people in your life. 

For their lives are a tragic tale full of more bitter than sweet stories. 

I ask that you guys pray for this gangster that I saw. I’m not going to mention his name, but pray for him that he may be healed and that God may restore his life and leave him from this earth with life and happiness.
