Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you guys the Gospel.

Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to live for him. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

Now back to the show

The Gospel

So what happens is that periodically, I write blog posts about the Gospel.

And I feel like I haven’t written a blog post about the gospel in a few months so I think it’s time that I write another one.

Let’s talk about it.

Jesus

So Jesus is the reason for our redemption.

Jesus is our hope.

Let’s talk a little bit about who is Jesus.

In Genesis when Adam and Eve fell to sin, God condemned them to death and that was it for mankind, they could no longer be with God no matter what they did.

However, God made a good promise to man and he said that there would be a redeemer, who would redeem mankind from their sins and through this redeemer the whole world would have salvation.

That promise was made to mankind when they fell for their sins.

And then, God kept making that promise to all of mankind throughout the rest of the Old Testament.

And finally, there was silence. For about 400 years there was silence. Where God did not speak to man and God did not show any signs or wonders or anything.

And then the birth of Jesus came to be.

Mary, was found with the child of the Holy Ghost, and it was so, that Jesus was to be the redeemer who would save the world from their sins.

And when Jesus grew up, what gets me the most about Jesus are these verses. Matthew 3:13 – 17 KJV states, “Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him. But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me? And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now, for thus it becometh us to fulfill all righteousness. Then he suffered him. And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water; and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: and lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, In whom I am well pleased.”

And honestly, I was astonished by what I read because in the bible it states that when this happened there were a lot of people around him.

And there were soldiers and doctors and people just all around him.

And honestly, I was astonished by this doctrine because it literally means that Jesus is the son of God.

And the Gospel is the good news of the world.

The gospel is that now, no matter what you’ve done in life, you can all go to heaven.

And what’s more is that the Lord wants you in heaven.

And it doesn’t matter where you’ve been or what kind of things you’ve done. Because the Lord wants you in heaven.

All you have to do is go to Jesus, Believe in him, put your life in him, and he will redeem you.
