I have forsaken my ways

Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all why I have forsaken my ways.

Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence. 

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to be sin free. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this. 

Now back to the show

I have to forsake my ways

So what happens is that I recently, started to really think about all of the things that go on in my life. 

From the videos that I watch, which a lot of them have to do with war and crimes, all the way down to the music that I listen to. 

It’s actually quite interesting. 

I see myself and I see that even though I don’t do anything that the bible says is condemnable, I still do things that are condemnable. 

Haha, Like I listen to music that is not Godly. 

And even though the bible doesn’t say EXACTLY to not listen to secular music, I know the music I’m listening to is not something that I need to be listening to. 

They’re not something that’s edifying. 

And the videos that I watch. 

I don’t watch people killing each other, though sometimes I put on war videos, I just watch a whole bunch of gun videos filled with military things. 

And I know better than that. 

But that’s what I’m talking about today. 

I have decided to forsake those ways. 

And actually, it’s easy with the Lord, I think it’s easier because the Lord has given me strength to give it up. 

A long time ago, I prayed to God to make me a peaceful man. 

And it’s something that I hope comes true. 

When I die and I go to heaven, I want the Lord to say that I was peaceful, well to the best of my abilities. 

I have acted non peaceful in the past, but that’s behind me now. 

Now, it’s a new day. Now it’s the day of the Lord, and I will walk in righteousness for his sake. 

For our Lord is worthy of all praise. 

Instead of war now, I will cry for peace and I will force myself to cry for peace for it is the will of the Lord that wants peace and I want it too. 

Let it be known that my Lord is the prince of peace and that all of his ways are good. 

And he is also God of war. 

All of the wars are in his hands.
