Hey everyone, before we get into today’s blog post, let’s have our moment of silence.
At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us in the New Year. Ask God that through our trials and tribulations, we may get the blessings that are associated with it. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.
Now back to the show
The New Years
so this year has been full of blessings and trials. I am not going to lie, life does get difficult, but we must press forward.
And like all things we need God in it.
But you know what’s strange? I notice every year we as a human race decide to make New Years Resolutions. A great goal to achieve.
But we as a human race always fall short on our New Years Resolutions.
Oh you should see the amount of New Year’s resolution jokes that I see on my timeline on Facebook. It’s quite comical.
But how come most of us can’t seem to keep up with our New Years Resolutions?
My pastor once said, “if you have troubles with your commitments, then something is not right with your relationship with God.”
And honestly, I believe it.
So, let’s make one New Year’s resolution as a community right here on this blog.
Let’s make the New Year’s resolution to pray, read our Bibles, and go to church like we’ve never done so before. And let’s take joy in this commitment, Let us pray right now silently where no one can see us, so that our God who is in heaven hears us and our prayers are answered through him. Pray right now that your commitment with God is honored.
For that is the greatest thing that we could have in life, our relationship with God.
