Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all how a musician can break through all the noise that’s on social media and in the world.
Keep in mind that this is my recommendation and actually there are a few ways that musicians can break through the noise.
Before we get started, let’s have our moment of silence.
At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to follow him throughout all of our lives. Ask God to give us strength to get through our journeys as musicians and to honor the Lord with our music. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.
Now back to the show
How can musicians break through the noise?!?!?!
So this is not another blog post talking about how you need to be blogging as a Christian musician.
No, this is talking about something a little bit extra.
And even though a blog for a Christian musician would help you to break through the noise on the internet, It’s not just that, that you need.
In a sense, all social media could benefit you in the long run, it’s just a matter of how hard you want to work at that social media to actually benefit from it.
But the way that you can break through the noise is through your hard work.
On top of the fact that you need to be making a blog or content on the internet, you need to be constantly improving your musicianship and skills each day.
So you break through the noise by just being an overall hard worker.
I know it sounds tough.
I know it’s not pleasant and it’s not pretty and no one wants to hear that.
But it’s just the stone cold truth.
Your work ethic will take you places where talent alone could never take you.
So honestly, wherever you are in your music career, whether you are a straight up beginner guitarist, or an experienced player just starting your career, you need to be committed to having a strong work ethic.
Work ethic is what separates the great players, from the best players.
And whatever it is that you need to work on in music, whether that be your social medias, your producing, mixing, songwriting, etc. etc. work hard at it as if though it’s the last song that you will ever write.
Write and produce music and content like it’s the song that’s going to get you signed to a major record label. And by doing that every day, you will become the musician that you want to become.
Here is an article that talks about the stone cold truth no one wants to tell you about music.
