Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all something that should get you all excited. And that is a really awesome album that every Christian musician should listen to.
Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence.
At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to work hard at our music. Ask God to help us to be filled with music that uplifts the holy spirit. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.
Now back to the show
An album that I highly recommend.
Open the Eyes of my heart Volume 1.
This isn’t the album with Chris Tomlin.
This is a compilation album of your favorite Christian artists.
This album actually changed me.
Because I listened to this album in the midst of my secular days.
And I’ll be honest, I saw this album and I said, this album is so good.
This album is holy.
I thought that the songs in the album were scripturally sound as well.
Like the album has songs that only praise the Lord.
There is no political talk in the songs, there is no social issues being talked about in the songs.
And yeah, it’s just a really great album to listen to.
It starts out with Open the Eyes of my Heart by Chris Tomlin, and the songs that follow are just hit after hit after hit.
I guess you would say, no fillers in the album.
I think my favorite song in the album has to be Lord I lift your name on high by Lincoln Brewster.
That has to be my favorite.
I know it’s just a cover of the song.
But the way that the guitars are played in this song, just drove me even more to play the guitar.
Anyways, just wanted to share this with you all, Go look up Open the Eyes of my heart volume 1. It’s a green album and It’s a great album.
