Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all how communicating the message of the gospel is for me.
Before we get started, let’s have our moment of silence.
At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to follow him. Ask God to give us words to explain the gospel in our lives. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.
Now back to the show
Communicating the message of the gospel
So what happens is that lately, I’ve been putting up nothing but bible verses on my personal Facebook page.
And I used to put up funny videos and things about myself.
However, I have switched my attitude a little bit.
I think that God is more important than me.
And so I feel like Facebook is such a great way to communicate the gospel with people.
If you have a friends list, then those people can witness the gospel on a day to day basis, just like a blog.
But What I’ve noticed is that a lot of people pick and choose what they want from the Bible.
A lot of people pick and choose what they want to believe in.
And God is not a pick and choose type of God.
When you read about God, you need to read about him in his entirety.
You need to read about him in his whole ministry.
It’s not a matter of I’ll read this verse and believe in that and then ignore the next few verses after that.
No, you need to read the entirety of God’s word.
You need to accept the entirety of who God is.
And it’s actually the reason why I have started to post up bible verses on my Facebook page.
Because I want people to grasp the whole concept of God.
I want people to understand him in his entirety.
And don’t get me wrong, I’m not like losing my mind about it.
But it gives my Facebook a purpose, and i like the purpose that it gives it.
