What would I do in office as president of the United States?

Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all something that the Lord has placed on my heart.

Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence. 

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to achieve the things that he wants us to achieve. I ask that you may pray to God to bless your hands in the work that you do. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

What would I do in office as President of the United States?

So what happens is that the Lord has placed it in my heart to have a heart for the homeless. 

He gave me a heart for the homeless and the poor and honestly, I see every day that his word is alive even with the homeless and the poor. 

And what happens is that just recently I was in church. (When I say recently I mean like a few years ago I heard this sermon)

And honestly, I have been meditating on what the preacher was saying.

And the preacher said that the power that politics gives to people, it’s holy purpose is to use that power to further the kingdom of God. 

And I was actually astounded by this teaching because I just thought that it was for leading a nation.

But no, it’s for furthering the kingdom of God. 

And it really struck a chord in me and I thought to myself, “This means that we have to take care of the homeless and the poor through politics.”

We have to fight for the homeless and the poor through politics. 

And at the time that I heard this sermon, my blog hadn’t really gone anywhere just yet. 

So I thought that it was too far to reach for me. 

But my Lord has placed strength in my heart to not give up on this dream that I have to help the poor through politics. 

Now I’m not saying that I’m going to be President of the United States,

But I am saying that I need to help the poor through politics. 

And it’s not just me trying to earn a paycheck, though that helps.

It’s a cause that the Lord would want me to do. 

It’s a project that the Lord would want me to do. 

I don’t know how I’m going to do it, but the Lord will be my guide all the way. 

So that’s what I would do in politics.
