A bittersweet memory with music

Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all something special to me.

Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence. 

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to give us strength to follow him. Ask God to give us strength to always be with him. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this. 

A little story from me and how God triumphed in the end

So what happens is that when I was a kid, a lot of the kids used to make fun of me.

And I remember thinking so much about all of the things that the kids were saying.

And I remember that I wept so much in those days.

And it was around that time that my mom found a Christian album called DIME.

In Spanish that says Tell me.

And there was one song in that album that I would never forget. 

It was called, “I must be crazy” that’s the English translation.

And I already talked about this song a few days ago, but I don’t think that you guys know how special this song is to me.

I remember when I was crying, I listened to that song and the Lord gave me strength to continue and to continue being myself. 

Of course I was dazed and confused for a little bit.

But I maintained my ways with the Lord and sure enough he stayed with me. 

And I remember in those days, I grew tall, and I was very athletic. 

I ran the mile in 6 minutes flat. I did 60 sit ups in one minute, yes I was very athletic.

And it was the Lord who made me that way. I was also very smart. 

And I moved away from that school eventually, and when I got to the new school, it was almost the same thing over again.

Except this time, I was playing guitar. 

And I was good. 

And though I got bullied a little in middle school, I still maintained my ways with the Lord and sure enough he helped me. 

Right now I’m here and I’m a survivor of bullying and it was God who helped me.
