I was inspired just recently

Hey everyone! So today, I wanted to share with you all inspiration that struck me just recently. 

Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence. 

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to give us strength to do the hard things in life. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this. 

Now back to the show

I was inspired just recently

So what happens is that just recently I read about someone who defied the odds. 

To give some of you who don’t know a little back story, In the United States back in the 1800s, there was heavy racism towards people of color.

And the reason why I say people of color is because the racism was towards every race except white. 

And life was very difficult for people of color back in these times. 

There was a lot of violence and hatred towards people of color.

However, there was someone who in that time did not care if racism was there. 

And SHE defied the odds.

She became the first color millionaire of the United States.

Her name was Madam C.J. Walker.

And though things were very grave for her at this time, she did not care and she proceeded to make her money in her hair care products for colored people, some of those products are still in business today in the United States. 

This actually inspired me.

It didn’t inspire me to become as rich as her, but to become successful in the things that I want to be successful at. 

And she did it, in a time where it was thought impossible for a black person to become successful like that, she did it. Why can’t I do it today? 

I can, that’s the thing.

I have no excuse to not do the things that I want to do. 

Anyways, just a little inspiration to those that are out there and struggling to make ends meet.

It is possible to make money and the Lord is the one who gives us this money to enjoy and be holy with. 

Just remember that God is the one who gives us strength to do the things that we need to do.
