Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all a lesson that I learned about publishing music blog posts every day.

Let’s get into it.

schedule in batches

So what happened is that when I first started publishing blog posts, I was given a bit of advice that I found on the internet about how to keep the flow of blog posts going.

And the bit of advice was to schedule my blog posts ahead of time.

And I’ll be honest, I didn’t believe it at the time that, that’s what you’re supposed to do to keep the flow of blog posts going.

But what happens is that 3 years after I initially started publishing blog posts, I started to schedule my blog posts ahead of time.

And the results are incredible.

I think in the past three months, I’ve only missed like 2 or 3 days of publishing content. And you should see it, my blog is not suffering due to a lack of published content.

But rather thriving.

But there is something about doing this that I have to add.

So what happens is that the reason why I am able to make this successful is because I already have that “bug” that “itch” for writing blog posts.

And so even though I schedule ahead of time, I am able to pick it up again a few days later because I really need to write in it again.

But that only came after about a year of writing in it everyday.

So my recommendation is that you spend some time writing a blog post every day. Maybe a year or two and then come back and start writing in batches the second year or maybe the third year.

Doing so will keep the consistency going.

Bonus lesson

Another thing that you should know about blogs is that Google Search console is the thing that you want to get right on your blog.

Google search console is the way that google will show your website to search engines.

In order to put your site on google search console is that you need to get your sitemap and just link it in google search console.

That’s really all there is to it.

But for different CMS’ there’s different things that you need to do.

Like I have wordpress.com so there’s a few ways that you could do it with wordpress.com but there are other CMS’ out there and yeah just find the right way to get your sitemap and you will find it on the internet.
