An issue I care deeply about

Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to talk about an issue I care about.

Let’s get started

I care about the kingdom of God

So it’s one thing to be a king and pass rule over a nation.

But how should it be done under the rule of God? 

I mean like, it’s easy to pass rules and ordinances that benefit you and your people.

But how should you pass rules and ordinances that benefit the people that might not like you? 

I mean like if you really ask yourself, what is the purpose of power?

What is the purpose of politics? 

Some people might say, “It’s to help people.” or maybe “It’s to lead a nation towards the right goals.”

But let’s talk about this. 

Why did God design politics?

What was the original reason for politics?

It was to instruct a nation into godliness. 

It was to guide people towards God.

And that might mean to help people who are less fortunate than you, that might mean to bless your enemies.

But whatever that means, it just means that we are to lead this nation into holiness. 

And that is something that will guide a nation.

What happens is that just recently I heard about how the bus schedule had changed in my local area. 

And I hear the complaints of the people who ride the bus.

And I was just thinking to myself, “Wow this voice needs to be heard.”

And honestly, I don’t understand why they changed the bus routes. 

The bus system was so convenient before, but now it’s all discombobulated. 

Anyways, I don’t think I should get into politics because I would just turn everything Christian and no one would like that.

Most people aren’t Christian and most people wouldn’t support it. 

I think what I need to do is to just continue to help people as much as possible and see where it goes.
