Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all how to grow your Christian music blog.

Let’s talk about this.

So what do you need?

In reality, growth will come to the music blogger if you just stay consistent.

It’s a long slow journey but it will definitely be worth it once you are making money through your online music revenues.

I hear some people talking on the internet and I even see some reputable websites talk about how it’s so fast and that you can make a lot of views really fast with blogging, But I still don’t think that, that’s true to most people.

I know that there probably are some blogs out there that get hundreds of followers as soon as they put up content, but that’s like 0.0000001% of the population and most likely the people that have done that, probably had a social following somewhere else first and just guided people to that site after they had the big following.

For the most of us who don’t have a following and as a matter of fact can’t even get our friends to go to our website, it’s a long slow process.

Right now, I am 3 years and a half years into my blogging journey and I remember my first year blogging, I averaged to about 1 view a day. So that was around 365 views in the entire year.

Now, I make around 330 views a month.

And if I’m honest, it’s still not enough to make a living off of it, but it’s getting there.

And it has been growing since like last august.

But basically the things that you need in order to grow your Christian music blog is basically things that you need to have already.

And those things are things like patience, hard work ethic, determination, perseverance, and the willingness to learn new things.

Other than that, you have to be able to put out at least one piece of blog content every day for a few years.

I am true testament to this. It does help to stay consistent.

And I know that I’ve preached consistency over my blog for the last few years but I must also add that whenever you go on a break from blogging, it’s okay to pick up where you left off.

So don’t think that you’re the only blogger who started something 6 months ago and now that you’ve stopped blogging, you can no longer grow.

Yes you can and it would be easier if you started to put out content again on your blog that already has some content on it.

Like say for example me.

I had blogged my first year for about 7 months, and then, I had to take a 3 to 4 month break in my blogging because I was going through an emergency in my life.

And what happened was that I remember that I was debating to myself after those 3 months were up if I should start a new blog or continue with the old one.

And I weighed out my options and I decided to continue in my blogging journey.

And sure enough, my blog was right where it was before.

I started blogging again and I was getting around 100 views a month at the start of my second year.

And that year, I made 1,000 page views in a single year. HOW EXCITING!!

Now, my Third year, I nearly made 1,000 views in a single month! Can you believe that?

Right now, I’m averaging around 330 views a month. But it’s so exciting seeing growth in my blog.

So anyways, all of this to say, I know how to grow a blog from nothing.

Here is how

Make content like crazy

You can go however far you want to go with this, but if you just make a whole lot of content, then you will eventually gain a following.

Don’t overthink this part, It really is that simple. Just making content is enough for most of the work that you need to do in order to grow a blog.

That’s like 80% of all the work that you need to do.

The other 20% has to do with creating a visually appealing website and putting it on google search console. That’s basically all that you need to do in order to really get a following on your website.

If you do that, and pray to God for help with your blog, then you will never go wrong.
