Hey everyone! So today, I wanted to share with you all a little bit of wisdom that I found reading the bible.

Let’s get started.

Declare if thou knowest all

So what happened was that I was reading the bible and I was actually trying to find some answers.

I kept asking to myself, “why are all of these bad things happening? Why is it that I am this way? Why can’t I seem to get a break?”

And then I started Reading the book of Job.

And as many of you know, the book of Job is my favorite book in the bible because it answers one of life’s most difficult questions which is, “Why does evil happen to good people?”

And the book answers it with all of the questions that I ever had in life.

And then I was really thinking to myself one of these days, “Why are all of these bad things happening in my life and I took out Job again and I read the same thing that I always read.”

And what happens is that when Job was going through the tests that he was going in life, God came down in a whirlwind because Job had been faithful to God but couldn’t stand it anymore.

And what happened was that Job just started complaining about how hard his life was and so he shouted unto the Lord, “I have done nothing wrong, and I am clean why are all of these bad things happening in my life?”

So God came down in a whirlwind and decided to take job on a tour of the universe.

And God showed him the stars and the skies and the animals of the world and he asked him questions like, “Why do the lions do the things they do and why are the stars the way they are?”

And Obviously Job couldn’t answer any of those questions and finally God asked Job, “Declare if thou knowest all?”

And honestly, everytime I read the line where God asks Job if he “Knows it all” I kind of tear up a little bit because honestly, I don’t know everything. I don’t know why the evil in my life has to happen. But it’s good and it’s righteous and it’s according to the will of God.

And honestly, the evil in our lives does have to happen but for the holy purposes of the Lord, for the glorification of the Lord.

And I understand all the more every time I read it.

I do not understand why the good way is patient and kind, I do not understand why we have to follow ways that just don’t make any sense at times.

But the Lord understands and the Lord decides when and where to take action in the things that happen in our lives.

All glory to God.
