Hey everyone! God bless all of you! Today, I’m going to give you guys an update on the music project that I have going on right now

Let’s talk about it

The Update

So what happens is that I think I read the project that this major label artist did for 6 months wrong.

What this artist did was that he released a song every week instead of every day for a whole 6 months straight.

And I think that I could do that instead of a song every single day for 6 months straight.

Because I think that if I were to release a song every day for 6 months straight, that would actually take me about a year to finish the songs and then I would start releasing music.

But what happens is that I really want to release music immediately I don’t want to hold back on my music anymore.

So I’m really putting the pressure to release music more frequently.

My only dilemma right now is to copyright my music.

That’s the only part that’s really going to take me a while.

Because what happens is that copyrighting a song means that you have to pay 55 dollars to copyright the song.

Which stinks because that’s kind of like saying that you need to pay to play as a musician.

But it kinda makes sense.

And it’s not that hard to copyright and it’s a small price to pay.

So the way that copyrighting works here in America is that you need to pay 55 dollars for up to 10 songs on an album.

After 10 songs, you need to pay another 55 dollars for another 10 songs and so on and so forth.

So I don’t want to be paying 55 dollars every song because money wise that wouldn’t make sense.

So I would have to copyright my songs in bulk.

Therefore, I’m going to pay around 55 dollars for around 6 songs and then the rest is going to go on a 10 song album.

So I’m going to make 10 songs, copyright it, and then release a song a week and while those songs are being released, I’m going to write, record, produce my next batch of songs and so on and so forth.

I’m going to try and aim for 6 months which should be around 2 albums and a half worth of music. But to be real with you, I’m going to see how far this goes. Hopefully I can make a song every week for a whole year. That would be really good for my discography.

By the way, I’ve almost finished my first EP.

I have around 6 songs that I’ve written and 5 of them have been produced by me of course.

I still need to mix 4 of them.

One of the songs is completely mixed and mastered.

So yeah! Your boys’ doing it!

Of course none of this would be possible if it wasn’t for God giving me the strength and the resources to do this project.

The Lord does provide for musicians like how he provides for businessmen and students and doctors and lawyers.

He provides for musicians because he loves us too.

He has provided resources and strength and patience to make this project come true.

He is alpha and Omega.

He is the beginning and the end.

He has given me patience, a hard working work ethic, endurance, a mind to solve problems, a musical mind, he has provided a house for me to work in, he has provided food for me to eat while I do this music project, he has provided a library close to my house to be a safe space to work on my music blog, he has provided laptops and tablets for me to work on this blog in.

He has provided clothes and intelligence and wisdom for me to gain the advantage in music, he has provided a gym membership for me, and to be honest with you guys, it’s important for a musician to be in good shape because it takes physical strength to do the job sometimes.

He has given me good nights rest and provided jobs for me so that I can build my music career.

He has given me this blog. For this blog would not be here without him.

All hail God, Jesus, the Lion and the Lamb, The Lion of the tribe of Judah, he reigns forever and ever.
