A valuable lesson in the Bible

Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all a valuable lesson in the Bible that everyone should know. 

Let’s talk about it

Matthew 7:6 states,

“Give not that which is holy unto the dogs neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet and turn again and rend you.” Matthew 7:6

So what happened is that this bible verse has Jesus speaking toward the Christians. 

And what happens is that he says that holy things are meant to be kept within the holy community. 

Do not share them with just anyone. 

And the reason is given right there because or else the people will turn against you. 

  And so what happens is that just recently I saw a racist joke on Facebook. 

And what I did was that I made a comment on it and I said, “This joke is not funny and this guy should be canceled.”

and then in another post I put, “Racism is sin, according to the Bible.” 

and you should’ve seen how many hate comments I got from that.

and what I did was that I looked at myself and I said, “I don’t think I did something good here.”

Because I said something holy and yet people are hating on me on a video that I knew from the start that I was going to get hate on. 

And I started considering what I just said.

But it was late at night and so I slept on it and woke up the next morning feeling good. 

And then, I went to the comments section and I saw all the hate.

But I also saw a lot of reactions to my post, around 200 on the first one and 60 on the second one. 

And I couldn’t help but to think to myself, “God is using this for holiness. Even in my sin, God is using this for holiness.”

Because I have a lot of hate comments but I also have a lot of reactions. And the reactions means that my profile will be at the top of this video. 

Which means that there will be a lot of people who see the holy posts that I have on my Facebook page and they will glorify God through it all. 

And in the end, it won’t be me who lost, but it will be God who won. 

And I looked at what I did, and I said, “God has done something good.” 

Even in my sin, God does good things. 

 All hail God.
