Should I trash this album that I just made, or should I release it?

Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all a little something about this album that I just made. 

Let’s talk about it. 

So what had happened was that…

So what happens is that I just made an EP and right now I’m finishing up on the mixes of the songs that I made. 

And what happens is that right now, I don’t know if I should release it or make some other songs right now.

Because what happens is that I just learned some very important music theory concepts that I did not apply to this album. 

And don’t get me wrong, my songs sound phenomenal, but I still would like it to sound the absolute best. 

I actually still really really want to release this album on all major streaming platforms, but I just don’t know about doing it. 

These music theory concepts are important, but I don’t know. 

The way that I tackled songwriting in the past was really repetitive.

And don’t get me wrong, it’s still a concept that I apply to my songwriting. 

But I found a way to add a whole lot more variety to my songs without having to be so repetitive. 

I think I’m finally gluing all of the pieces together. 

I’m gluing all of the important musical aspects together and it’s starting to sound really great. 

If I really could, I would focus all of my attention on songwriting and let the producers and mixing and mastering engineers work on the things that they need to work on. 

But of course, who wants to do just that.

Isn’t that boring anyways? 

Having all the perfect team doing all of the things that they need to do. 

That’s so boring. 

What’s life without the sacrifice of learning all of the aspects in the music industry. 

Anyways, I have so many things that I need to work on in music. 

I need to work on my production, mixing, songwriting, singing and of course guitar playing. 

This is so exciting, I’ve recently found new things that I need to work on in order to call myself the greatest of the greats. 

But I digress. 

I was wondering if I should trash the album or not, you guys should decide, because I know for a fact that if I release this album, then my next album is going to be infinitely better.
