It’s not what you want to hear, but here it goes.

Let’s talk about it

My opinion?

I actually don’t like the music industry.

As a whole, the music industry is over sexualized.

They sell more of the image than they do the actual music.

And the music is sometimes good, but it’s more often not good than it is good.

Yes they have skill in music, but like where does morality matter more and skill matter last?

Like I see right now that morals is the last thing that matters in the music industry.

It’s all about the money to be honest with you.

And whatever gets you the money, is what the industry is going to go with.

And I don’t like that.

It’s because God doesn’t like those things.

So my advice to the younger musicians

So here is my bit of advice that I can give to the younger musicians.

Don’t chase after the whole music dream.

The dream of being in the fast lane and living large.

Because in all reality, it’s not what you expect.

If you ever read the reports of what happens behind the scenes in the music world and the entertainment industry in general, you’ll find it’s not really what you want.

It’s kind of sad to be honest with you.

And you’ll find that these people that are involved are supposed to be our heroes.

So if you want to live the music life, live it for God. Live the life for God.

Be an independent musician and do it for God because in all reality, it’s the only music dream worth living.
