Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all some important concepts that is essential to all musicians. 

Let’s talk about it

The core basics in music

So what happens is that there is one common element in music that I see all the time everywhere that I go. 

And it’s practice. 

Because what happens is that there are a lot of fancy things that we could as musicians, but they’re very simple when it comes down to it. 

And the thing is that we as musicians could actually do all of the things that we need to do as a musician in one go, except it wouldn’t be efficient or effective at that matter. 

Because it‘s relatively easy to strum a guitar chord. 

It‘s a completely different matter to make music out of it. 

So practice is what separates the great musicians from the best musicians. 

And it‘s true for a lot of aspects in music. 

Whether you‘re trying to play an instrument or get better at singing, or if you‘re trying to get better at mixing and mastering.

The knowledge is fairly easy to grasp, it‘s the practice that we need to do to make us sound better and more fine tuned. 

So practice in music is equivalent to the homework that we receive from our teacher‘s at school.

the teacher‘s assign us this homework so that we could learn and get more practice with what we‘re being taught, it‘s the same concept with music.

God

I by no means am putting God after practice because in all reality, if it wasn‘t for God, we musicians probably wouldn‘t even be able to call ourselves musicians. 

God comes first and foremost in the music world. 

The reason is because there are so many different things that can happen to us in life that it‘s honestly not wise to go without God as a musician or anybody for that matter. 

Because what would‘ve happened if my parents got into a car crash one night and I‘m left without parents at an early age? 

Then I wouldn‘t have been able to have gotten my music knowledge and became a musician. 

Or what would‘ve happened if I had gotten cancer at an early stage of my life and I died, then music would‘ve been for nothing. 

Everything has to revolve around Jesus, God the Lion and the Lamb because he will give us the ability to become great musicians.
