Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all why I chose to become a songwriter.

Let’s get started.

Let’s jump back to the beginning

So what happened is that I was exposed to music from an early age.

I remember listening to gospel and Christian music on the way to and from school and anytime I got in the car.

And I always felt as if though music was the best thing that I could ever do on a Saturday.

On any given Saturday, I could listen to music all day long and not really worry about much.

Of course that’s not what I did because I had other things to do like I was involved with sports growing up. I took Tae Kwon Do and I mainly did soccer.

But what happened is that there was a point when I was a kid and I was getting good at soccer too, but I literally just said to myself, “I don’t want to do this. I want to do music.”

and that was actually at a very early age that I said that to myself.

I said to myself that I was going to do music, though I went ahead and kept on practicing soccer.

And what happened is that I kept saying to myself all throughout my elementary school years that I was going to play the guitar and I was going to sing and I was going to be a musician.

And it was funny because I didn’t know how I was going to do it, but I was going to do it.

And so, I just started praying to God to open the doors for me to become a musician, and sure enough, he opened the doors for me to become a musician.

And I said, “Lord if you make me a great musician, then I will sing unto you forever.”

And it was so, the Lord just blessed my hands in music and I said to myself, “I’m going to use it for the Lord and he will be blessed with my music.

And honestly, my music, is just a big testimony.

Because I prayed for music, and God made me a musician.

Throughout all of the difficulties and challenges in life, I became a musician because God helped me to become a musician. All hail God for he was good to me. He was good.
