How to get your music blog posts to the first page of google?

Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all how to get your music blog posts to the first page of google. 

Let’s talk about it. 

Why am I qualified to talk about this? 

Right now, I have a a decent amount of blog posts on the first page of google. And about 200 blog posts within the first 10 pages of search results. 

All that to say that I know what I’m talking about. 

But how exactly do I do this? 

What was the method that I took?

What I didn’t do

I did not spend any money on advertising. 

I did not pay my way for exposure. 

I actually did it all through free marketing. 

I did not buy flyers or print marketing tools to share the message of my music. 

Now here’s what I did

I blogged 

I blogged my way to the exposure that I have right now. 

So, it’s a common misconception that you need a lot of money to share the news of your music to the world. 

That’s not true. 

It can be true in some instances especially if you’re a bigger artist you might have to spend some money to promote your music. But when you first start out, it’s not necessary to spend a whole lot of money on something that might not work. 

Especially in today’s day and age. 

You have a blog, a YouTube channel, an X account to rely upon to share the message that you have towards the world. 

But literally the only thing that I did to gain the exposure that I have today was to blog. 

That’s literally all I did. 

I just made content and put it up on the internet. 

And I actually have quite a bit of blog posts that rank really high in the search engines. 

So yeah. 

What I recommend for most people who are trying to do music is to go out there and….

Graduate high school and maybe college and work on your craft at the same time. 

The reason is because High School helps a lot with music. School in General helps a lot with music.

In school you learn to write and make blog posts. You can also learn how to use a video editing software in school, that’s where I learned how to use it anyways. 

Also you can sometimes learn how to use a DAW in school too. 

I also learned this in my high school. Also, you learn a lot about music in school. I took music theory and all sorts of music classes in high school and believe it or not, I learned so much and gained so much knowledge in music it was such a blessing. 

Just overall do good in school and you can go places in music.
