The future of Christian music production

Hey everyone! So today I’m going to talk about the different aspects of what’s to come in the music industry.

Let’s get into it

The home producer will sky rocket

So what happens is that I personally believe that the music world is advancing at an astronomical rate.

There are so many advances in the industry that it’s even difficult to keep up.

With that said, this makes the music technology that we use more cost efficient.

Like right now I’m using a DAW that is 14 dollars and is AMAZING. I’m using my phone for the recording and my guitar skills.

So like what I’m trying to say is I think that the bedroom producer is going to take the world by storm one of these years because not only is the technology cheaper but the knowledge to use said technology is also cheaper. So there are a plethora of bedroom producers out there that know how to produce amazing tracks and that number is growing.

Kids nowadays can even start producing and I’ve seen it before too.

So one day in the near future there’s going to be a bedroom producer and he’s going to make his own label and sign artists all from his basement.

That’s my prediction. Of course I’m not Houdini so this is just fun and games.

Rock and hip-hop are going to fuse more

It’s no wonder that rock and hip-hop work so well together.

They use a lot of the same elements in unison very well together.

It started back in the day with Nu-metal but it died down, I guess the world just wasn’t ready for that awesomeness.

But I say that with the world shaping the way that it is, Nu-metal or rap/rock is going to come out again.

The reason why I say that is because music theory wise, rap/rock sounds amazing. And it does sound amazing, it’s just that there will be a group of people out there who are really going to appreciate it in the future.
