I’m thinking about the EP that I have

Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all a little something about the EP that I have. 

let’s talk about it. 

I’m thinking about turning it into a concept album

So for those of you that don’t know what a concept album is. 

It’s basically an album, either finished or not finished and what you do is you create an album revolved around a theme. 

And what you do is that you make several concept albums in order to make your full length studio album.

Because what happens is that this allows you to make a group of projects and elect which songs sound the best so you can put it into your full length studio album. 

This way, you ensure that only the best of the best of your material gets on the album.

But there’s actually a reason as to why I want to turn it into a concept album. 

The reason is because I’ve actually shared this album around with a few of my friends. 

And it’s not like I’ve given them a copy of the album that I have. 

But I did show it to them and I don’t want anyone thinking that it’s old content and that it’s music that isn’t relevant anymore. 

But, it’s still good music and I might pick like 1 or 2 songs to go on my full length studio album. 

I really wanted to release a 10 song album. 

But I might just go with an EP. 

Right now these songs sound really good, I just honestly wish I had a mixing engineer to go along with these songs. 

Right now I’m just mixing it by myself. 

But anyways, the recommendation that they give to release the album 

The recommendation that they give to release the album is to not share the music that you have with much people if at all. 

The reason for that is because when it comes out, you want it to give like a shock effect. 

Where you make the song sound so good because it’s so new. 

I guess that’s a major record label thing. 

It is good to release singles leading up to the album release, but I Personally like to release accordingly with an album. 

I mean don’t get me wrong, I have one song that I have made that I want to release as a single. 

And I guess that’s usually how it goes. 

But this album I think I’m going to make it into a concept album. 

Just use it to enhance my sound even further.
