As my mind thinks about you

A Poem I wrote and I call it, “As my Mind Thinks about you.”

Yes you Jesus, are my inspiration, you are my strength in my heart, you give and take away and you are righteous.

You are perfect, infinitely perfect. 

You are holy three times holy

You are my God and you are right every time.

I have never seen anyone like you

I have never seen someone do the things you do

You are the bread of life

You are the fountain of life

The Earth quakes and trembles when you set foot on the earth.

The Earth shakes when you speak

Nothing new is under the sun that you haven’t seen already.

You are the engineer of the computers.

If man did it, so can you. 

I have seen Tremendous things happen because of man, but you Lord are all the more glorious

You lord, are all the more glorious

Why am I writing this poem?

I actually need to get into the habit of writing more poems. 

I have heard that writing poems will greatly enhance your lyrics. 

And obviously, since I’m a songwriting, I want to write great lyrics. 

So on to starting to write more poems. 

I have written a few poems already

So I have already written a few poems on my own.

And I accredit it to the fact that my songwriting skills are slowly but surely getting better. 

I know for a fact that God will be the one who gets my songwriting skills to the best of my abilities. 

How often will I be writing these poems?

To be honest with you, I want to write it every day, but I know that life will get in the way of me writing it every day. 

But I will do my best to write a poem and share it with you guys. 

We’ll see because I also want to focus on writing my regular blog posts.

And my regular blog posts can take quite a bit of time to write.
