Behind the song, How I made My up and coming single!

Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all how I made my up and coming single. 

Let’s get into it. 

I was really aiming for a pop rock style song. 

So I really wanted to make a soft acoustic rock track. 

But the more I started to layer the guitars with different instruments, I just felt like it could transform into an all out pop song. 

And it sounds great but you guys be the one to tell me how it sounds. 

Writing music isn’t easy. 

It’s an art that’s subjective however it is factual in the sense that if you make something good then people will listen to it and then you know for sure that you have made something good.

And what happened is that I’m over here trying to build up my fanbase on X and also Facebook and instagram, and obviously my blog so that I can come out with a big release day. 

And it’s all a lot of fun but it will be more fun on release day. 

How I composed it?

So I really wanted to make a hit. And so I just followed basic pop anthem hits composition techniques. 

Starting off low and ending high in the chorus and then going back down in the verses and change it up in the bridge and chorus all the way at the end is how I made this song. 

I was trying to follow some composition techniques that I learned at the time just recently. 

And I’ve shown a few of my friends this song and so far, they all love it. 

They love the song that I’m releasing soon. 

And I know it’s cause I put in the work into the song. 

And with the lyrics, I just really wanted to carry a conversational tone. So I was talking about things with just plain English. 

I think I used a little imagery but not much. 

I’m trying to take more photos for my Instagram and X accounts

So this way I can continue to build up my following on both of those platforms. 

Right now I’m getting some impressions to my X account but it could be better. 

I’m going to start releasing more music

So right now, I’m only getting around 500 views per month to my blog, however, I figure, I might as well work with what I got right now and just go with the flow. 

And right now, I’m getting around 500 views per month to my blog and I figure it’s time to start releasing music, maybe with the assistance of my music, I will actually go viral, who knows?

I’m honestly just tired of waiting around for a while to release music.

I figure it’s now time to start releasing music because it’s now or never. 

We got to get this show on the road. 

I really wanted to wait until I was getting at least 1,000 views per month to my blog, but I guess this will suffice. 

However, I feel like I’m literally just right around the corner from getting 1,000 views per month to my blog and yeah. I feel like I’m just a little bit aways from getting the traffic that I really want and I don’t know if I should wait it out a little more or what.
