My Latest projects for my music adventure!

Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all the latest things that I’m doing for my music endeavors. 

Let’s get into it.

Photography and art

So what happens is that I wanted to release a song just recently.

And I thought to myself, “Wow, I got the music, but I don’t have the artwork. Whatever shall I do?”

and I started thinking to myself, “Well I don’t have the money for a professional artist, but I do have a great camera on my phone and a can do spirit to create something original, why not try and do it myself?” 

And so I got my sister and I asked her to take some photos of me playing the guitar. 

And would you believe that some of the photos actually looked really great. 

And of course she had to get some direction from me on how to take the photos. 

But she did an overall great job on the photos. 

And so right now, I’m actually taking a whole bunch of photos around my hometown and photo editing them so that I get great scenery in my cover art for my releases. 

I got a few photos that I think would look great for an album cover already. 

But the second thing that I’m doing is getting into art. 

I had a friend who is an artist and he actually gets paid to create art, like paintings. 

And he showed me a few tricks to learn how to start painting. 

And I’m just following those tricks to start creating art for my artwork. 

And my sister a few years ago gave me an Apple Pencil so I think that I’m going to create a bunch of sketches and put them as photos. 

I don’t know.

So, just recently, I realized that I work quite well under pressure. 

What happened is that at my job, I have goals that I need to achieve with the customers. 

And what happened is that whenever my bosses pull me aside and talk to me to get my game together, is when I actually start performing better. 

Like just the other day, I was doing really bad in the morning at my job and I had an 8 hour shift. 

And what happened is that my boss pulled me aside and said, “German, what’s going on? You’ve been here all morning and you haven’t gotten any “sales” what’s going on?”

and I said, “I don’t know, I think I’m just tired.”

and she said, “Well go take your break and come back strong.” 

So I took my hour break and I came back and got 4 sales within the next 4 hours. 

Which is something impressive. 

But back to the topic at hand, why do I say this?

I was building my following on X like last year. And what happened was that I quite because i just lost motivation to keep doing it. 

But now, I’m trying to put pressure on myself to perform better and get X Followers. 

My goal right now is to get to 1,000 follower within the next 3 months, that’s roughly 7 followers a day because right now I have around 400 followers on X. 

But that’s not the only thing that I’m trying to do on X, I’m trying to create engaging content and make them go viral. 

Which it will happen, it just needs a little bit of elbow grease. 

Can’t give up ever. 

But the Lord will be the one to give me strength to make my dreams come true.
