Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share some things that you should do as a musician.

Let’s get into it.

Music Endeavors you can try anywhere

So what happens is that there are quite a bit of people that think that you need to be in a certain place in order to actually do anything in music.

Like say for example Christian music, it’s often said that your origins should be in Nashville, For Hip-hop, they say your origins should be New York or L.A. or maybe even Atlanta, For Heavy metal music they often say that you should come out of the Midwest, you get the picture.

However, you do not need to be in any specific place in order to make your music dreams come true.

Well maybe that was true in the past, but now, It’s a great time to go out and be the musician that you want to be wherever you are.

And personally me, I am in a place where I will admit, there is potential for a music scene in my area.

However, that’s not what I’m doing.

I’m doing this without any help from shows but I will succeed because I have the Lord on my side.

Anyways, let’s get into some music endeavors that you can try anywhere that will get your music career pushing

So it goes without say, but marketing is a very important aspect in music.

I mean without it, your music is basically just going to sit in the dark and no one is going to listen to it.

However, the way that you get people to listen to your music is by talking about it on the internet.

And not giving up.

Because what happens and something that you should know is that consistency and hardwork are 2 very important things on the internet.

Now you might see on the internet many get rich quick schemes all asking for your money, but trust me that the only and solid way to get rich on the internet is literally just by working hard and being consistent with it for a few years and not giving up.

So what I recommend on you to do is to start a music blog but understand that it will take time to develop.

And not only that, but it’s going to take late nights and consistent effort to really get off the ground.

Do not be scared of the process and rather embrace the process because it’s through this process that you’re going to become a great musician.

Release your own music

I must say that releasing your own music is by far the most powerful thing that the internet can do to you as an independent musician.

Back in the day, you would have to get signed to a record label and it stunk because that means that you would have to play the songs that the man would want you to play and do things that the man wanted you to do.

The man here referring to the whole systematic government and beauracracy that revolves around the politics of the music industry.

Wow was that a mouthful.

It’s just basically saying that you had to sing what the feds wanted you to sing.

So releasing your own music has been a game changer in the music industry for a while now.

Now, people from all over the world can listen to your music and you are going to get paid for all of their listens! Isn’t that something.

Believe it or not, now is the perfect time to become the ultimate musician.

Where you write, record, produce, mix, master, promote, sell, and do everything else in the music industry all from your home.

And guess what?

If you manage to actually do it all, then all of the pay will be yours.

you won’t have to split it with other people or worry about contracts that look like they’re doing you dirty.

It’s you, yourself, and you doing all the work and it’s you whose going to receive the paycheck.

pretty nice right?
