What is music?

Hey everyone! Today, I’m going to give a funny and serious post about music and how it relates to God. 

Let’s get into it

What is music?

Music is an art.

It’s an art based off of science.

Sure music is subjective but up to a certain point. 

Sure music is fact but also up to a certain point. 

Music is sound in it’s core element.

Music is an art with only auditory means.

Long have we evolved from the harp and singing poems at the same time. However, we cannot escape the genius that is music. 

Music is like having a million dollars except you have all of your needs met without the millions. 

It’s like riding a Lamborghini through the eye of a tornado while wearing a Gucci Suit and drinking on the best Coca Cola float in the entire world. 

Music is the cornerstone to our emotions. 

Music has power to influence what you become. 

Music has power to make you a soldier, to stand up in arms, to get you to move, to cause you to live life to the fullest. 

Music is like graduating college except you never graduated college and you live that day every day. 

Music is like having a crush on a really pretty girl and the girl actually likes you back. 

Music is Gold wrapped in platinum and chained around your wrists. 

Music is life. 

Music is strong. 

Music is life

However, I say this now because music is not everything. 

Though it may seem that I put music on a throne, there is someone out there who is greater than music. 

There is someone out there who is far superior than music. 

Music has it’s limits alright.

But there is someone out there who is far mightier than music. 

And his name is Jesus. 

My name is German and I love music but given the chance, I would lay down all of my music in it’s entirety for God.

The Lord reaches where music cannot reach.

The Lord has power where music has no power. 

The Lord strengthens where music has no strength. 

I love the Lord more than music
