Music Diary Entry: I want to start vlogging

Hey everyone! So today, I want to share with you all a little something that’s been on my mind for a while now.

Let’s get into it

I want to start vlogging

This decision has been on my mind for a while now. 

I’ve actually wanted to start vlogging for a while now. 

I actually have all the equipment needed to start vlogging it’s just the thing is that I need to actually start doing it. 

But the thing is that I want to achieve a certain level of traffic success first on my blog before I actually start vlogging. 

And there are a few reasons why I want to do that. 

Let’s talk about them

Reason 1 I want to start making money from my content marketing efforts first so that I can reinvest back into the vlog

What happens is that I’m so close to I think achieving the dreams that I want with my blog and I can practically taste the success.

and I feel like adding a whole other animal to the plate is something that I can do, but I really need to do it with a more intense and more focused approach. 

So like right now, I am focused on the blog, but it’s hard to stay focused because of monetary reasons, because I’m just not where I want to be at. 

I feel like if I were to start to really start to make this a reality, then I need to be all in and right now I’m just not all in right now. 

But that’s going to change and hopefully soon.

I just read some things that could potentially impact the reach of my blog and I’ve started to implement them into my blog. 

So right now, there is no excuse as to the reason why I don’t do this right. 

But yeah. I am really excited about the future and i hope to really make this happen. 

The Lord is good. 

Reason 2 Videos take a long time to create

Videos are hard to create. 

I’ve done them before both for companies and also for myself. 

It requires a specific set of skills that requires attention to detail and the ability to get into mundane and tedious tasks. 

It takes time to create the idea for a video, it takes time to create the video itself. 

It’s just an overall process that I don’t think that I have the right amount of time to do. 

But I will say this, that all it requires is more work and I can do it. 

The last reason, I don’t want to start from nothing

So If I get around 10,000 views per month to my blog, I could then promote my YouTube channel to my blog and then get followers to my YouTube channels through that. 

Thereby giving me a good start. 

I feel like if I were to start a YouTube channel right now and from scratch then it would just seem too much for me to do.

Because I started this blog from nothing and I remember those days of hardly getting views and what not. 

I remember those days where I wrote content to probably one person per day. 

It was hard, I feel like if I were to start a YouTube channel right now and I were to experience the same thing then it would just be disheartening and I don’t want to be disheartened as of yet.
