Hey everyone! So today, I wanted to talk about going back to the blog and how God has really prevailed in my life all of these days.

Let’s get into it.

What happened?

You know sometimes I feel like God has me go through some tough times just to show me that he is still with me.

I was going through some difficult times just recently.

I faced joblessness.

And what happened is that I just started looking for work anywhere I went.

And I knew that my resume was impressive, it was just a matter of actually finding someone who would actually accept me.

And I started praying about it, and the Lord just gave me strength one day to just print out my resume and just hand them out to different companies.

So I printed out my resume and I went to a few different companies trying to see if anyone would accept my resume.

And would you believe, that I got a job with a company that fits right into my sales skills and experience.

And right now, is my first month of selling on my own and I’m doing good. Even my general manager told me that I’m doing good and to keep it up.

So this joblessness phase that I went through, was a part of God’s plan so that I may get into a job where my skills would be used and appreciated.

The Lord is good.

I’m not going to say what job I’m in but as a beginner salesman in my company, a salesman should only make 6 sales per month, right now, I have 8 and the month isn’t over. Also, I have a whole bunch of appointments setup for tomorrow.

The Lord has been perfect. The Lord has helped me.

I will tell everyone of what God has done in my life.

If you ever need money, if you ever need resources. If you ever need anything in life, remember that the Lord is the one that provides absolutely everything.

Something that I’ve started to do

I’ll be honest with you guys, with the record labels contacting me, and this new great job, and me going back to college, I honestly feel so overwhelmed and I feel myself getting cocky.

However, to keep myself grounded, I’ve started to do something in the mornings every time I go to work or anytime I wake up and do something.

I wake up and I look in a reflection. I look in the mirror or a puddle of water, I look at myself somehow and I say, “Remember you are nothing without God. Remember God is the reason why all of these things are happening.”

Because honestly it’s the truth.

That’s not a lie, that’s not me trying to sound grand, That’s not me trying to do anything but glorify God.

I remember when I was in jail, and I remember when I was homeless and I remember how God was the one who brought me out of those places.

I remember how I prayed and prayed and God would not leave me alone.

I’ve started to do that in the mornings cause I feel like it’s something humbling and I do it because I’ve read in the Bible that when God does big things in your life, he wants you to glorify him and not yourself.

Which is why I say in the mornings, “Remember you are nothing without God…”

I’ve actually glorified myself in the past and i did it because I did not know it was sin to do so.

But when I read it in the Bible I saw then that it was sin.
