I need more experience

Hey guys! So today, I’m going to share with you all the fact that I need more experience. 

Let’s get into it.

Diary Entry

So what happened is that just today, I realized something that I had no idea about and actually is kind of needed to know as a musician of my caliber. 

And it’s busking, it’s making money with music. 

And don’t get me wrong, I’m currently trying my best to make money with music, but I realize that I have little to no knowledge as to how to make money with music either through busking, or through streaming services or any other kind of music endeavor. 

And actually that wasn’t the only thing that I thought of. 

I thought to myself do I even have experience in using the software needed to master demos? 

I probably don’t. 

Do I have experience hooking up the proper equipment to the correct ports on an audio interface, I do, but I don’t want to handle the cables and ports in a studio all on my own. 

It’s a big learning curve that I’m taking and I’m starting to realize that the more I know, the less I know. 

Always learning. 

I think at this point, I just need to focus on a couple of things

I do realize that i cannot do everything in the music world. 

I cannot mix, master, produce, market, the way that I should with my music.  

However, I can do what I can and just enjoy what I’m given. 

The Lord is good and strange in his ways, for he has given me the desires of my heart. Blessed is the Lord who lives on high.
