How does Jesus himself affect your daily life

Being a Christian affects our daily lives by giving us joy, having the ability to have what we need, and by having discretion as to the good and bad.

This is an excellent question that I will be happy to reply to, let’s get started.

Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to guide us to be excellent Christians. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

Being Christian makes you happy

            When you become Christian, you have now accepted Jesus into your life. Accepting Jesus into your life means that your life will be cleansed from all of the evil things that there are in your life.

Now what do I mean by the evil in your life will be cleansed? Does that mean that you will never do wrong again? Does that mean that nothing bad will ever happen to you again?

Well no that’s not what I mean at all.

What I’m saying is that your sins are forgiven and your mind will be renewed.

            Therefore, part of those evil things is the sense of being sad all the time

            I am a true testimony to this.

            I actually used to be depressed and I’ll be honest, that when I have God in my life, are the moments where I’m not depressed.

            It’s not just the fact that I have God in my life, but God gives joy to everyone who seeks him.

            I’m not saying that our lives are going to be full with joy for all of our lives, but rather, God gives us joy so that we may glorify him.

God is the reason why I am so happy. I actually got nicknamed sunshine one time because I smiled all the time. I thank God for that.

Don’t get me wrong, I still get sad from time to time and feel sadness due to the fact that something sad is happening. But I’m not overwhelmed with sadness all the time. I feel emotions regularly and sadness comes and it goes. Right now I’m just happy.

Being Christian means that you’re going to have everything that you need

            As a Christian, you’re going to have the resources that you will always need. From food to shelter, to even people and money. God can provide all of the things that you ask for if you just have faith in him.

            I remember once when I was first starting to become a musician, I said to myself, “My God will provide guitar lessons for me.” So, I started to learn how to play the guitar on my own and sure enough that semester, my middle school and my high school opened up their guitar programs.

            I was going to learn how to play the guitar and God was the one who was providing the avenue on how to play the instruments.

            When I got into high school, my middle school teacher actually recommended me to sing and audition for the choir. I did and sure enough I learned how to sing.

            However, it was God who was shaping my future. I honestly did not want to learn how to sing, however, God saw that it is essential for a musician to learn how to sing in today’s world.

            Especially if you want to become an artist or songwriter.

            God provided the guitars that I had, God provided the lessons, God got my equipment. Absolutely all of it, I thank God.      

Now, God has provided me this blog. I don’t know where it’s going and I don’t know how long it’s going to take for this blog to go places, but I believe in God and not me.

Hey guys, here are some bible verses about God providing everything for you.

You could get everything that you want

            If what you want is according to God’s will, then you will get it.

            I remember once I was reading the bible and I read that if, “I abide in Jesus and Jesus abides in me, ye shall ask what ye will and it shall be done unto you.”

            I always had that notion of getting everything that I ever wanted. However, I know that God is the one who provides things.

            Therefore, I started to believe in him and sure enough I soon realized what the true meaning of this verse means.

            It means that if you are with God and God is with you in your heart with truth, then God will be the one to give you everything that you want.

            I know that this verse has a lot of discussion towards it and I know that there are a lot of different opinions about it, so politely leave in the comments what you think it means. I personally believe that God will give you the desires of my heart if I just have him with me.

            There are certain things that God would not allow for though. God would not allow for theft, fornication, murderers, etc. etc.

            And of course, God could say no to a whole bunch of other things that you want. He could say no to you being a skateboarder, or no to you being a lawyer. So, it’s very important that you pray to God and ask God to guide you towards his will because then, he will guide you.

Being Christian means that you see things that are truly good and things that are truly bad

            I know that you guys are saying, as a Christian we can’t judge people. Well I’m here to tell you that the Bible also says to judge righteously. It literally says to judge righteously.

            What happens is that as a Christian, we are to make calls based on our judgement. Our faith is going to be tested plenty of times throughout our lives and God will prepare us for those days.

Therefore, you must judge righteously and see if something is truly from God or not.

So how does being a Christian affect your life? you might ask?

Christianity affects people’s lives by convicting us to chase after God. By putting a passion of holiness in our lives. And the desire to be righteous.
