There are many gurus out there on the internet who claim they know exactly how to get you the following of your dreams. Most of those people probably don’t have a big following to start with, am I right? Well I don’t have a big following either, haha, but I am getting results from my SEO efforts.

Building a following is never easy. Trying to get the attention of random people in the world through the internet is probably not the easiest thing that you could do.

But with a few good practices, you can very well get the following that you need.

With that being said, Let’s talk about this subject.

Use SEO to your advantage

I know that some of you are saying to yourselves, “ German, I hear so many people saying on the internet that I’m supposed to use SEO to my advantage, but how do I do that?” Well SEO is just a fancy term for “posting a lot of content.”

SEO literally means Search Engine Optimization. It means that you are optimizing your blog or YouTube channel for the search engines.

So what that means to you as a content creator, is that you’re just going to have to put up a lot of content on your website or YouTube channel.

I actually have a sister and she has a boss and her boss says that she gets all of her customers through SEO.

I didn’t understand it because she also said that she gets her customers through Instagram.

So I thought to myself, unless SEO is the same way as with Instagram compared to blogging and YouTube, there is no way that she could get all of those customers.

Now, with that bit of information that she gave me, I assume that all you have to do in order to develop a following on Instagram is to put up a lot of photos. I AM NOT SAYING THAT, THAT IS THE RIGHT WAY TO DEVELOP A FOLLOWING ON INSTAGRAM. I’m just saying that, that’s what it sounds like to me.

In order to develop a following through a blog or YouTube channel is literally by placing a lot of blog posts and videos respectively.

That is what SEO means to us bloggers, putting up a whole bunch of content on a website and waiting for google to start ranking you on the internet.

Honestly that’s my best bit of advice.

There are people who claim that there are active ways to get a following on social media’s. However, I personally don’t think that going active and trying to get followers through that manner is actually any good.

I personally think that organic growth is the way to go because it’s cheap, doable, exciting to watch, and easier to do.

With active manners, you have to constantly be in communication with people on the internet, and that can’t be good sometimes.

Also with active manners, you use a lot of time out of your day for the very least minimal results.

Through organic reach, you are always getting more and more views and traffic until one day, you have more traffic than you can dream of.

Trust me, it works easier if you just do organic reach.

I sure hope that I have inspired some people to go out there and start chasing their dreams. Remember, it all takes a lot of time in order to get good at anything. Therefore, take the time to go out there and become a good blogger and you will become a good blogger.

If you want to go to heaven, then believe in Jesus and you will go to heaven.

Thank you all for listening in on this blog post. I hope that I have been an inspiration and a hope to you all. Please pray, read your bible, go to church, and love God above all else. Like, comment, share, subscribe, and I will see you all next time. German Gonzalez, signing out!
