Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all why Christian art is more profitable today than in the past.

Before we get started, let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to create art that worships the Lord. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

Now back to the show

Why Christian art is more profitable than in the past

So like when I say art, I mean all kinds of art. From paintings to movie and acting all the way down to music.

Art is a very appreciated aspect of today’s culture.

In a way, it’s a status symbol for a country to have millionaire and billionaire musicians and artists walking around.

It’s saying about that country that it is possible to make a living off of your art.

And like there are many artists out there who are living the dream of selling their music or art for a living.

For actors and movie makers, you can get started on YouTube or Vimeo. For writers, you can start on a blog, for musicians you can do YouTube or blogging, artists can run the gamut as to how they can get started with their art..

And we all know that it’s always been possible because God said it was possible.

Remember, “in all labor there is profit.”-Proverbs 14:23

But the reason why I say that art is more profitable in the past is because of the vast and extensive resources there are for the average artist to start their art career.

I mean back in the day, you really had to get a sponsor and perform a million shows in order to gain a following big enough to support your art career.

However now, musicians don’t even look for a record label sometimes.

I know for a fact that as of right now, I don’t want to be signed to a record label because it really isn’t worth it for me.

So right now is an exciting time to be a Christian musician.

The only thing that we need to really do is to have patience.

We need to be patient at the fact that it takes time and effort to actually build a music career.

It takes effort to make an art career.

I remember I heard of the biggest indie musician of our time, Chance the rapper, he really said to have some patience with yourself to actually do something good.

And that is the kind of attitude that we need to have, have patience.
