I would invite a person who has been through the struggle

If you could host a dinner and anyone you invite was sure to come, who would you invite?

Hey guys! Before we get started, let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to get through our struggles. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

Now back to the show

Job

I would invite Job from the book of Job back from the dead.

The reason why is because no one knows the struggle like Job does.

Job knew a hardship that literally none of us can comprehend.

And he was answered beautifully.

I would ask him, how do you be so strong in the face of almost death? You literally almost died there. How can you keep your faith so much?

Another person who I would invite at the table, but he’s there everyday, would be God.

I truly believe that if I were to ask and invite the Lord over to supper, I don’t even know what I would do. I would, make my best chicken and give him my finest guitar. I would make my best Asian rice because that’s my best meal to cook.

Just thinking about it put’s a smile on my face.

Anyways those are the two people I would invite over
