Why I think that every Christian needs to be a little bit of a musician?

Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all why I think that every Christian needs to be a little bit of a musician. 

Before we get started, let’s have our moment of silence. 

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to follow him throughout all of our lives. Ask God to bless our hands with work and to always be with us no matter what. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this. 

Now back to the show

Why I think that every Christian needs to be a little bit of a musician.

So what happens is that music is a form of adoration towards the Lord. 

Music is a way to put your heart towards something that is very meaningful. 

And that something is God. 

What happens is that the reason why I believe that every Christian should be a little bit of a musician is because what better way to praise the Lord if it’s not with song. 

I remember back when I was reading the bible, I read that Jesus thought that the poor widow  who gave a penny, gave more than the rich men in the church. 

And it’s not to say that God thinks that the rich men didn’t give a lot, but the Lord values the heart more than the skill.

So Imagine you  have a great musician and he writes his music for the Lord and it’s great and all, but how great of heart did he give? 

He didn’t give out of his poverty, he gave out of his riches. 

And what happens if someone were to write a song without any prior music knowledge? What happens if someone were to write a song with the sole goal of uplifting the Lord? How great of a gift would that have been to the Lord? 

I’m telling you right now that people who write songs without any music experience, give more to God, than that rockstar who has all the music skills in the world. 

Anyways, just food for thought, hope this encourages you.
