Wisdom that the Lord has given me

Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all something that I’ve kind of found and not really. 

Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence. 

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to follow him throughout all of our days. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this. 

Now back to the show

A cool thing that I’ve found 

So what happens is that I had a friend, and he’s saved and all that, but I had a friend who he was kind of upset. 

He said, that for a majority of his life, his mom just recommended he read the bible for wisdom. 

And he was upset over that. 

And can I be honest with you, my mom said something similar except she said to pray about it. Pray to God about it. 

And she would always respond with just pray to God about it. 

Like, no matter the situation, she would always say to pray to God about it and he will answer. 

And I know what his frustration is because I’ve gone through similar circumstances.

That frustration with not knowing what to immediately do, it’s frustrating. 

But can I be honest, praying and reading the bible, was literally our answers. 

I will give an example. When we were kids, we couldn’t solve the problems to 7 x 7 right? 

And we needed wisdom to answer those questions. 

Well, God can provide wisdom and understanding to solve those problems. 

And I know that now, to any problem that I face, I need to consult with God about it and he will answer. 

It is frustrating waiting for him, but it shouldn’t be that big of a deal for us because our Lord answers accordingly. 

Let’s give another example. 

When I was a kid, I wanted someone to protect me at school because everyone was always bullying me. 

And so my mom told me to pray about it. 

And I actually don’t remember praying about it. 

So I guess that’s why the bullies kept doing it. 

And if I’m honest, I wasn’t praying like how I should have been praying. I think back then, I was only praying whenever I felt like praying. 

And I know for sure that I had this big attitude about it. 

I remember when I was a kid, I looked at the bible one day and I said, “It’s true alright but it doesn’t answer my problems.” 

Little did I know that it literally answers all of my problems. 

And so the only time that I ever really prayed to God for something was for guitar. 

The Lord gave me guitar and music but it was because I prayed for it with all earnest prayers. 

And it was the Lord who answered in those days. 

Another thing that I read in the bible that actually solved a big chunk of my problems and the answers were holy. 

I was reading Job and it got to the answer of God. 

And God questioned Job about everything in the Universe and he says Declare if thou knowest all. 

And the message was to just say that we are supposed to trust in God no matter what. 

And the fact that I went through all of the pain that I went through just shows that God was being his holy self and I needed to adhere to his ways. 

And he is holy in every way.
