Hey everyone! So today, I want to share with you all the stone cold truth that no one wants to tell you.

Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to follow him throughout all of our lives. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

Now back to the show

The Stone cold truth that no one wants to tell you

So the truth is this about the music industry.

It takes time.

It takes effort.

It sometimes takes nights where you’re all left alone and crying wishing you had hoped for another career.

It’s repetitive

It can be one of the most difficult jobs that there is on the market.

And you know what?

It’s not for everyone.

I am well aware that most people have crossed their minds that they wanted to be a musician.

But they didn’t go through with it because they did not want to go through the part of their lives where they are very poor.

And you know what?

It’s the same with every other career.

Whether you’re a tradesman or a student in college looking to become a doctor.

I could write novels based off of the broke college student jokes that I hear every time I’m on the internet.

And when you’re a tradesman, you start off as a helper or apprentice.

And you know what? It’s not easy.

It’s not easy going through the broke phase of your life.

But you know what? It is the Lord’s way of doing things.

You start off small and end up big.

That’s how God designed things to be.

And it’s the same with music.

If you’re faithful with little, you will be faithful with a lot.

So be faithful with little.

And go out and start failing at the things that are in your life.

Because it’s through failing that we learn.

And in music, it’s often shown to the point where it’s glamorized that you’re a broke musician trying to make it in the industry.

Don’t look at this era as a bad point. But rather, as an exciting part of your music career.

Because if you cannot go through this phase in life, then honestly you’re not ready to move forward to the rewards phase.

So be patient and always strive for excellence.

Have faith in God above all else. And never forget that God promises to bless the hard workers hands.

Have more faith in God than in yourself, and you will never lose.

How to withstand the tests you will receive as a Christian musician.
