Hey everyone! It’s been about a week since I’ve posted anything. But I’m here again and I’m just trying to share the gospel with you guys. 

Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence. 

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to follow him throughout all of our lives. Ask God to guide us more towards him each and every day. Ask God to give us a good spirit as we go through any difficulties. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this. 

Now back to the show

The Gospel of Jesus Christ

So I don’t think that I share enough of the gospel with you guys. 

I really want to start sharing it more often because I think that the world needs to know about Jesus more so than they need to know about my music. So Let’s start.

Know that the foundation of every Christian’s faith is that no matter what you’ve done in life, you can go to heaven, let’s read scripture to better understand this.  

John 3:16

“For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son so that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life.” 

These verses had Jesus speaking and in these verses, Jesus was explaining the faith to the people. 

I think that these specific words had to come out of Jesus’ mouth because otherwise there would be a lot of skepticism. 

But the Lord was the one who said it.

And in it he says, “For God so loved the WORLD (Means everyone in the world) that he gave his only begotten son so that whosoever believes in him SHALL NOT PERISH, but have everlasting life. 

And this is a joy to all of us because God has decided that though we deserved death, he wanted all of us to live forever with him. 

Why? Why would a just, holy, righteous God want us as a human race want to live with him? 

It’s because he loves us that much. 

The Lord saw us down from heaven and he had compassion on all of us. 

Now some people might say that the bible explicitly states that there are some people who will not go to heaven even if they believe in Jesus. 

Well I personally don’t know of any Bible verses that say that, but if you get some bible verses out of context I would see where you would think that. 

So let’s go to those verses and talk about what’s going on there. 

1 Corinthians 6:9-11

9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

In these verses Paul was explaining that it’s true that no one unrighteous will inherit the kingdom of God.

However, then he says, “AND SUCH were some of you.”

What was going on was that Paul was preaching to a group of Christians. 

And to those group of Christians he said, “AND SUCH were some of you.”

That means that some of those Christians were drunks, some of them were exthortioners, some of them were homosexuals. 

“But now ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are Justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.”

Don’t get me wrong, a sinner alone will not enter into God’s kingdom, but with Jesus. If that person chooses to believe in Jesus, then God will accept that person no matter their background.
