Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all a little something about when God answers prayers.

Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to grow in the faith. Ask God to give us strength as we face difficulties in life and to get past these difficulties. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

Now back to the show

When God answers prayers

So what happened is that just recently I had been praying to God for something.

I’m not going to say what it was, but I was praying to God for something.

And honestly, it was at my lowest point that the Lord answered me.

I’ll be honest, I’m still a little skeptical about what’s going on in my life.

Because similar things have happened in my past.

But I’m fighting right now to believe that the Lord is the one who is answering me.

Currently, I’m fighting to accept that it is the Lord who is answering.

But I’ll be honest, if everything works out alright, then I will know for certain that it is God who is answering me.

So what do I say?

I say to pray your heart away.

Pray for all of the things in your life because God will answer your prayers if you believe in him.

And can I be honest with you.

The reason why I am having trouble believing that this is something good, is because it’s literally everything that I prayed to God for.

I was literally praying for this exact thing and sure enough, the Lord has responded.

So it’s not a matter of saying, “Oh, I think it’s something bad because this person did this.”

No, it’s because it’s literally everything that I had been praying for.

I would actually like to show you guys a video that I found on YouTube.

I can’t find the video right now, but in that video, there was a mafia guy.

And in the video the mafia guy said, “I will never forget when I accepted Jesus into my life. I was in the mob and I will be honest I didn’t believe God. and so I closed my eyes and I said, Father I don’t know if you’re there, but if you’re there, help me to communicate with my mother (For I hadn’t talked to my mother in ages and she wanted nothing to do with me) and right there, his mother called. And he said, “I will never believe it because my mother and I started talking about everything and anything and she just said, “I had a feeling you needed me.”

And that was the day where he left everything and started pursuing Jesus.

And let’s not go far.

I have shown you guys before that God has answered my prayers in the past.

And not only that.

I will tell you guys to know that God will answer your prayers.

There is a verse in the bible that talks about this in a discreet manner.

2 Corinthians 12:9, “And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient unto thee for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly Therefore will I glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”

So know that God will answer your prayers, but understand it has to come from a perspective of humility.

So we can’t boast ourselves and proclaim something greater when God wants us to have a humble heart.

Which is why it says, “…my strength is made perfect in weakness…”

So pray away, but just be humble about it.
