How God changed my life

Hey everyone! So todayI’m going to share with you all how God changed my life.

Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to follow him throughout all of our lives. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

How God changed my life

I remember it as if though it was yesterday

It was November when I was 21. I had gotten sentenced to jail because of my own sin.

And I remember that I was in jail and in jail they give you an option.

They give you an option of reading the Bible or read the Quran.

And I chose the Bible because that was what I knew.

And so I started reading the Bible and the wisdom that I found was incomparable to any other wisdom that there was.

I remember reading the Bible and thinking to myself, wow do I have it all backwards.

I remember all of the things that I used to think: follow your heart, do what you love, live the way that you want to live, etc. etc. it sounds good but it’s misguided.

I literally started thinking to myself after I was reading the Bible that I need to change things in my life.

The Bible says different things. The Bible says, Live righteously, live in a holy manner, live according to the will of God, work hard, be patient, don’t do what you want to do, but rather do what you need to do because if you do that, you will rule nations.

And I will say that if I hadn’t read those verses, then this blog would not be successful. It’s the reason why I get around 500 views a month to my blog. The Lord is the reason, not me.
