Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to give you guys a guide on x and how to make a following on x

Let’s get started

The basics

As with most other social media sites and following guides, nothing is complete without content.

So on X formerly known as twitter, you should be making a lot of content in order to actually grow your following.

And It doesn’t need to be like hours upon hours of tweets that you should be sending out because that can be counterproductive when creating a following on x.

But if you’re out there making 4 or 5 tweets a day, then that’s usually good enough to get a following started.

Once you’ve tweeted your first 200 tweets, then you could start to follow people on the platform.

Beware that there are a lot of scammers on x so following absolutely everybody can be a little on the risky side.

So if someone ever asks you for money or to meet you in person, just know that, that’s usually a scam.

Do not ever give out personal information such as email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, or even the state you live in, I wouldn’t even say the country that you live in unless you’re comfortable with sharing that information.

Keep everything online, online, and you should be good.

When you follow people

Make sure that you follow people who align with your interests.

So say for a Christian music blog, Make sure the person’s bio and posts reflect what you would like your audience to say about you and your music.

Sometimes someone has a Christian bio, but when you enter into their profile, it has a lot of things that are really not Christian.

So actually go into each one of their profiles and examine who that person is, if it’s a private account, then it’s usually best to leave it alone.

As a Christian musician, we usually want people who post things that are Christian, but be careful with everyone you encounter because there are a lot of scams on the internet, so even those Christian posts and bios can be a scam.

Always leave insightful and helpful comments on other people’s pages.

Say things that encourage them using bible verses.

If you say things that encourages people, people will in turn follow you back.

There is a time and place for saying things that may hurt someone, but on their pages is not the ideal place.

If you post on your own page something like, “we as humans need to repent of our sins because God is real and he is coming back again.”

Then that is a fine place.

Or if someone is already talking about it on their page and you mention something like that, then that’s another good place to post that up.

But when you follow, make sure you spend some time researching who you are following, it doesn’t have to be a long time, 2 to 5 minutes of reading through a person’s posts should be enough to get a good sense of who that person is.

I actually built my following to around 480 followers doing this method.

It’s just that sometimes it takes a long time to do this so sometimes I just stop doing it for a while which is the reason why I don’t have a larger following. Yet.

And the reason why you follow people is because if someone sees that you are someone that they want to follow, they will follow you back and trust me it works.

But that’s the reason why you need more than 200 tweets sent out first so people have a good idea as to who you are.

Anyways, that’s my advice, Remember to use your power and talents for the edification of the kingdom of God.
