Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all something that I think has been on my mind for a while.

Let’s get into it.

Love God above yourself

So what happens is that I was thinking back to a time where I was little, and I used to think that telling lies to get out of trouble is the only time to tell a lie.

But I grew up a little bit.

I grew up and the Lord convicted my heart to tell the truth even when it hurt.

And what happened was that I felt this strong sense to tell the truth, mainly because my parents would beat me into telling the truth, but there was something else too.

I remember when I was a kid and I was learning how to read, I started reading the Bible.

And one of the first things that I read in the Bible was that God hated lying.

He hates it.

So much so that he basically says to not lie twice in the Ten Commandments.

“Ye shall not bare false witness” and also, “Ye shall not give false testimony.”

Those two are found in the Ten Commandments.

So what happens is that I actually started to tell the truth even when it hurt because the truth I felt honored God more than it honored me.

and the truth was going to glorify God not me.

So I always told the truth.

I told the truth even when it was difficult.

Now I’m not saying that I’ve never lied and i still struggle with it today to be honest with you.

But even in difficult circumstances, I still tell the truth.

and to be honest with you, the ways of the Lord get you through so many hurdles in life.

Like, it’s because of my faith in God that I was able to attain so many of the things that I have today.

The Lord has given me wisdom that is great and he has blessed me.

He is perfect every day.

He is just every day.

And trust his ways because they are good.
