Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all that God is perfect.

Let’s get into it.

The car crash

So what happened is that life was cruising about a month ago.

I had a car, I was having plans to move out on my own and get my own place, I was doing good in car sales, everything was cruising.

But then one day, I was driving for Uber and I got into a car crash.

The car was deemed a total loss.

Which is very sad for me.

Not too bad because I had Gap insurance so my Loan is taken care of.

But what happened is that I lost my car and i didn’t have any emergency savings to get a new car.

So I’m left without a car.

And because the accident was so bad, I felt pain, and through a series of unfortunate events, I lost my job.

It was some dark days.

I remember feeling this level of stress that I’ve never felt before.

But God remains perfect

I still say that God is perfect.

This reminds me of so many stories that happened in the Bible.

Let me give you guys some back story.

I’ve been walking for 10 years.

I haven’t had a car in 10 years and finally I was able to get one about 7 months ago.

And just for it to get into an accident and get taken away from me.

I have been walking and taking buses and taking Ubers everywhere for 10 years.

and finally when I had my car and things were going great it was all taken away from me.

But God remains perfect.

This reminds me of the story of Abraham.

When Abraham prayed to God, God said that he would make him a father of many nations.

And how long did Abraham wait? He waited 40 years to get a child.

And when God gave him the child, God tested Abraham and asked Abraham to sacrifice his child for God.

And what was the test there?

The test was to prove how faithful he was to God. How faithful was Abraham to God?

Was Abraham faithful to his son? Or was he faithful to God?

And so God tested him

In the end Abraham was going to sacrifice his son and was about to do it when the Angel of the Lord stopped Abraham and told him to not hurt the child but that God would provide a sacrifice in his stead.

And so it was so. That Abraham proved just how faithful he was to God and he was faithful.

But Abraham had to give up what he prayed for, he had to give up what he had finally gotten after 40 long years and the Lord was faithful.

So you know what? My Car may be gone, but God remains faithful and true and good and holy and just.

Never will my Lord fail me, he will never let go of me.

Another bible story that reminds me of this event

Let’s talk about Job, my favorite bible character.

What happened is that Job was a rich man, so he had many possessions and treasures as what the Bible says. He was also a faithful man to the Lord. The Bible called Job, “A man that loved God and eschewed evil.” And the Bible also states, “There was no fault in him.”

One day there was a meeting in the heavens and Satan had to meeet with God.

And so Satan said to God, “Job is only faithful because you have been faithful to him.” And then he said, “Take away all that is his and he will curse you and sin.” And God said, “Fine do with him what you will but let him live.”

And it was so

The devil came down and destroyed everything that was Job’s

He destroyed his Gold, his children and servants were killed, his fields were stricken with sickness, his houses were destroyed with a windstorm, everything that was his was destroyed.

And you know what Job did?

He did not curse God

And as a matter of fact, He worshipped the Lord God.

Some time passed and the devil went to God and God said,

“have you not seen my faithful servant Job who though you curse him he remains faithful to me?”

and then the devil said, “Let me strike him with boils on his skin and he will curse you.”

and God said, “Fine do with him what you will, but let him live.”

And it was so,

The devil came down and struck Job with diseases and Job’s skin broke out and bled.

And yet, Job did not curse God and instead worshipped him.

Now this story ends with God speaking to Job like how you would speak to another person.

It ends with God saying, “Where you there when I laid the foundations of the earth, Declare if thou knowest all?”

and God never answers Job why all these evil things happened, but in the end the moral of the story is that in the evil we need to worship the Lord and in the good we need to worship the Lord.

And so right now, what’s going on right now is kinda of a mixture between Abraham’s story and Job’s story.

Because evil is falling but the Lord remains perfect, holy, Just, righteous,

Forever I will worship him and forever he will remain good.

All hail Jesus the Lamb that was slain.
